Chicago Fire Department paramedic fired after investigation reveals alleged missteps in patients death

The Chicago Fire Department has fired a paramedic after an internal affairs investigation into the death of a Buena Park man determined the first responder did not attend to the patient and then allegedly submitted a false report after the patients death.
