Shots fired on Division Street in Providence Monday afternoon

PROVIDENCE - One man was driving and the other was hanging out the front passenger side window, pointing a gun and shooting it toward a burnt orange or maroon Nissan sedan that they were apparently chasing.Both vehicles were going east on Division Streeta
