Opossum hit by car, babies rescued in Monroe

MONROE Police rescued opossum babies whose mother was hit by a car Wednesday morning.Animal control officer Edward Risko said police received a call at 7:16 a.m. from a female motorist who said she had seen an injured opossum on the side of East Village
