Pair pleads to kidnapping, binding Flint Township man over $500 drug debt

A second Flint man has pleaded guilty to charges related to kidnapping another man from his Flint Township apartment at gunpoint, gagging and tying him to a chair and holding him ransom over outstanding drug debt.
