Glendale shooting suspect stays at scene; victim flees

Officers were trying to locate the shooting victim, Glendale police said. The shooting suspect is cooperating with police, officials said. Police responded to a shooting call at the intersection of 59th Avenue and Union Hills Drive just after 8:15
