Bay Village investment manager pleads guilty to $500,000 tiger preservation fraud, tax evasion

Frederick Bryant, 49, of Bay Village, appeared this morning in U.S. District Court, where he pleaded guilty to fraud and tax evasion charges in connection to a $533,000 investment fraud scheme.
