A 14-year-old boy was hit by a vehicle and killed Wednesday evening on John Young Parkway, near Oak Ridge crash was reported just after 7:45 p.m., said Sgt. Kim Montes, a Florida Highway Patrol teen, whom troopers have not identified, was pronounced dead
